Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visit Vladivostok(far east region of Russia). It is a two day visit where Narendra Modi plane landed on Vladivostok on 4th of September 2019. This is not first visit of Russia for Narendra Modi, he is came hear on 2001 as a chief minster of Gujarat and now he is PM of India. Now Narendra Modi is awarded highest civilian award of Russia.
Why Far East Region summit is important for Russia
Russia have not proper dock yard to export something due to frozen in Vladivostok it is observe that since 2005 there was no frozen or freeze of ice on Vladivostok, Russia use many time ice breaker ship but now Russia says it is 12 month functional port, Importance of Vladivostok has it has headquarter of Russia pacific fleet command, Vladivostok is also a economic port for Russia, for the development of Vladivostok Russia have mot billions in there surplus so development of Vladivostok, Russia want help of two major countries one is China and other is India.

According to Russian Deputy PM Yury Trutnev announcement 80% of workers in Chinese project of Far east region is must be locals and there will be no permanent land transfer to Chinese people.
This is the region why Russia needs India for Far East Region.
And also investment security given by Russian government to Indian company for long time no policy change.

Here we know India is not larger economy like China but if India invest $10-20 billion it helps Russia to make balance with Chinese investments.

In future India primary target to import energy resources from Russia where India wants at least 15% of gas from Russia.
Russia wants to reduce the payment method of Dollar, so it is possible in future we can see India Russia trade with Rupee or Ruble.
Russia and India are old and good friends if these two countries withstand each other then they have to power of make stability in Asia and reduce the influence of China and USA.
