RESPONSE OF WHO FOR FURTHER VIRUS
In 2002-03 SARS epidemic had concern and deaths in a same manner like Covid-19 and China response on SARS as same as this Covid-19 time, on SARS time China would not accept it is a big problem and not inform early to whole world about that SARS virus in 2002-03.
But WHO response in 2002-03 is very quick and recommended restrictions on travel and also criticize China for late submission of vital information.
On that time WHO also give warning, world would not free from other type of corona viruses there are some chance of mutations.
In SARS 2002 time, DG of WHO, Dr Gro Harlem Bruntlan says the international community need to investigate the possible animal reservoir because it could be a source for future outbreak and it will help for better study of movement of the virus to human.
WHO publishes a research paper in 2007 where he mentions "large numbers and varieties of these wild game animals in overcrowded cages and the lack of biosecurity measures in wet markets allowed the jumping of the novel virus animal to human" and he also added "the presence of a large reservoir of SARS-CoV-like viruses in horseshoe bats, together with the culture of eating exotic mammals in southern China, is a time bomb".

According to Dr Tedros they would not make anger Chinese government so he could not send an investigation team in early stages, Wuhan has lockdown on 23th of January but a joint WHO-Chinese team went Wuhan on mid of February and wrote a report which is according to Chinese characteristics.
On 4th of February Dr Tedros says "don't spread fear and stigma with travel bans", when already Wuhan in lockdown, and WHO criticized early travel restrictions by the USA.
According to ECDC they could not take any serious action like travel ban etc. Because WHO says no need of this type of action and spread chances of this virus in Europe is very low.
CHINA INFLUENCE IN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND WORLD DEMOCRACY
WHO DG in 2013 is Margret Chan and she is the one who encourage China for BRI(Belt and Road Initiative) and sign a MoU with China for health silk road. Margret Chan is a Chinese Canadian so there was a chance she has a strong links with China.
WHO current DG Dr Tedros is an Ethiopia politician and there is some chance of China make interference in Ethiopia politics and now Dr Tedros is chief of WHO.
China will fill vacuum which is created by USA withdrawal in international organizations.
Chinese influence in United Nations Organization is can be determined as the head of the FAO, The International Development Organization, The International Civil Aviation Administration, the International Telecommunication Union are Chinese.
we all are known that the influence of any country in any international organizations is not good for world specially non democracy country make more dangerous situation for democracy country.
