BEGINNING OF U.S AND CHINA TUSSLE 

• Huawei CFO arrested at Vancouver international airport(in Canada).
• From 2 May 2019, New Zealand, Taiwan, Australia, US and japan decide to ban out company products of Huawei.
• one reason is trade war that is prime reason
• second is spying most probably this reason is also some possibility. 
• It will take 97th rank on Forbes most valuable list.

WHAT IS HUAWEI

It is a multinational technology company from China it sells telecommunications equipment according to need of consumer, like electronics or smartphone.

Its headquarter in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

Some western government raised concerns against Huawei relationship to the company alleged merged with Chinese government, they can say the Chine government use Huawei equipment for spying all other country's.

US ACTION AGAINST HUAWEI

USA recently put Huawei on the list in which American company can not trade with Huawei, if any American company wants to trade with Huawei then they need special permission or special licence which is issued by us government under our security threats.

EFFECTS ON HUAWEI BY US ACTIONS

1. Ren Zhengfei is the founder of Huawei says that effect of US is very small on Huawei.
2. Japanese major company Softbank and KDDI both are said that they not sell Huawei,s gadgets.
3. UK company ARM(chip designer) told all of the staff, they will stop business with Huawei across the world.
4. Google will not give permission to Huawei to use Android operating system.

Several European countries including Sweden and Netherlands are think about ban on Huawei,
Huawei is the third telecommunication supplier in Europe, So it is tough decision to ban Huawei on under developing countries.
